Founder and Chairman of JCE
JCE was founded by Mr. Jones Chan in 2005, the inception of the company was dedicated to biotechnology research and development.
The company currently holds the exclusive and unique agarwood fungus, and has carried out the agarwood cultivation business in Cambodia and China, with more than 219,000 agarwood trees.
High-quality agarwood products (OUD) are widely used in medicine, cosmetics, religious supplies and other industries. The company has now become one of the major agarwood suppliers in the Asia Pacific region and expanding its businesses in Middle East.

At the very beginning JCE was mainly in design and trading businesses since launched, however, Mr. Chan has decided to diversify businesses into different models. 2021 it's another new milestone for the group starts in commodity and rare minerals trading

Capital World Cambodia Limited (CWC) is a developer with an experienced board member and management team. CWC is expected to launch the first project in 2023. The project focuses on upper-class community and smart city elements.
